I am so inspired by the amazing places I have visited, and my aim is to capture their beauty on canvas.  I started teaching myself to paint in my spare time about six years ago, and since then have participated in several community art shows/exhibitions and juried shows, and served as Secretary on the Board of Executives for the Garibaldi Art Club for the past 4 years.  Aside from painting, I love cooking, traveling, gardening, and learning new things.
